Solvent recycler

Hongyi® solvent recycler machine recycles the used solvent or dirty solvent base on the
distillation recycling principle, and is widely used in various industries that use organic solvent as cleaning agent, such as waste solvent from cleaning the spray gun, trichloroethylene from cleaning electronic products, toluene, anhydrous alcohol, IPA used as cleaning the optical lens etc., is very good for the environment.

There are standard machines from 20L, 40L, 60L, 80L, 90L and 250L up to 450L vessel volume and custom made machine, and auxiliary equipment, such as automatic feeding device, vacuum device and distillation bags.

Automatic Feeding System

options

Easily and continually or regularly load the wasted solvent into the solvent recycler bucket instead of manual feeding

If equipped with a liquid level controller and the pneumatic feeding pump, system can regularly load the wasted solvent into the solvent distillation bucket according to the preset amount, or the preset feeding time, or the preset cycle.

when the solvent liquid level declines, the feeding pump starts pumping the solvent into the distillation bucket and automatically stops when the liquid level rises to the preset liquid level position.

Vacuum Device

The vacuum device is auxiliary equipment used for distilling the high (higher than 150℃) boiling point solvent. If equipped with the vacuum device, the boiling point of solvent will be able to reduce 30% to 40%, the solvent is very easily heat, the recycling rate and efficiency will increase significantly, and for example, when the vacuum meter pressure is -60cmHg, the boiling point of water from 100℃ will down to 70℃.

Suitable For Waste Solvent Types

This machine is used to recover organic solvents from a liquid solution, not suitable for recycling gas and solid-state materials.​

It’s suitable for recovery of organic solvents used for cleaning from waste solution, such as waste solution resulting from spray gun cleaning industry, trichlorethylene solution for cleaning electronic products, toluene solvent, optical lens cleaning IPA, ethanol, banana oil used in printing industry etc. can be simply categorized as follows:

  • Aromas: toluene, xylene, trimethyl benzene.
  • Aliphatic hydrocarbons: pentane, hexane, octane
  • Alicyclic hydrocarbon: cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, toluene cyclohexanone.
  • Halogenated hydrocarbons: chlorobenzene, dichlorobenzene, dichloromethane, trichlorethylene, etc.
  • Alcohol: Methanol, ethanol, Isopropyl alcohol etc.
  • Ether: ethyl ether , propylene oxide, etc.
  • Esters: Acetate, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate.
  • Ketones: Acetone, butanone, methyl isobutyl ketone.
  • As well as other organic solvents not listed.

Not Suitable for recycling

  1. Solvents containing nitrogen , oxidizer solvents and other dangerous chemicals.
  2.  Strong acid or strong alkaline solvents.
  3. Toxic solvents
  4. Strong solvents, they are corrosive to stainless steel or brass.
